Control

order management - yet it is easy to install and use. We'll
ensure an exceptionally smooth conversion from your previous
system to Control Point, with expert engineers to install
it, and a thorough, tailor-made training package - we'll have
you and your team up and running straight away, confidently
working with Control Point from day one. With such an intuitive,
user-friendly system, backed up by our comprehensive support,
you'll wonder how you managed without Control Point before.
- We
offer a full engineer-based installation, and we will invariably
recommend you take up this option if: you are using a server-based
system; if there will be four or more users; if the call
centre configuration is required; or if external links to
other programmes, such as Sage Line 50, are required.
- If
you will be using Control Point on a stand-alone PC, and
you have an experienced systems administrator, you may well
prefer to install Control Point yourself - but of course,
we will make sure you have all the training you need to
be confidently using Control Point straight away.
- Training
is a key aspect of our service to you. We will provide a
training plan to suit your team's needs, including a number
of visual, screen based training modules which can be used
at any time in order to update the skills of existing staff
or train new members of your team. We can also provide on-site
training either as part of your installation or within your
support package.
